I’m a 32 year old guy living in the UK and have a passion for bodybuilding and fitness. Basically trying to live a healthier lifestyle but found lifting heavy weights was my escape from the problems of the life.
I started this journey because i was always into various sports like football, basketball, tennis, 100m + 200m sprints and martial arts and as i started reaching around 24 years of age i noticed i wasn’t doing much in terms of being active, as i worked a 9 to 5 in IT, sitting on a computer all day. After noticing i was increasing weight i had to find an outlet which i could do alone as friends weren’t interested in going to play sports anymore.
Now I work as an electrical engineer so not a 9 to 5 job which means my times of eating, training, etc aren’t strict but i still manage to train after the odd 16 hour work day (as i have eaten all my prepped or purchased meals) and have had the thought of killing my workout in my head all day.
I set myself goals which helps me stick to these kind of targets and even when i’m feeling really tired, if it’s a training day guess what? I WILL go train! This kind of mind set takes time to build but remember you control your mind, don’t let your mind control you.
So with that i aim to share knowledge and motivation for anyone looking to get a healthier body and mind
