Personally I start my day with a cup of coffee and around 10g of cold pressed coconut oil in that, especially when i’m on a weight loss program (currently getting ready for the beach in summer!) I will get around to posting the diet principles i put in place for myself but as it stands i started the weight loss from 94kg and this morning i weighed in at 86kg with more room to go as i like to have quality muscle definition.
