    I enjoy drinking a glass of wine occasionally as I have known that wine can be good for you if you have it in moderation.

    What I wasn’t aware of was how few calories are in a glass of wine as that is encouraging to know and all the more reason to continue enjoying the occasional glass.

    I drink both red and white, sweet and dry and I am not concerned about the calorific difference between but it’s nice to know that they are low on calories, so thanks for the info in your post.
